Our shipping price is normally $4.95, however we're happy to announce that for a limited time we're offering free worldwide shipping!
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our global warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. Refunds & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. You are entitled for a refund if the item is:

- Doesn't match the description
- Missing
To start a return, you can contact us at help@vikingvalor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
