Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except when the product is either:
- Sent wrong (i.e does not arrive)
- Damaged (i.e broken or non-functional)
- Not as described (i.e incorrect product or missing pieces)
Please click here to contact us directly within 30 days of receiving your product to discuss any refunds or returns. Refunds and returns will not be issued if you contact us after the 30 day period.
If you make a mistake order (don't worry, it happens to everyone) please don't hesitate to contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do for you.
Refunds/returns based around mistake orders are dealt with on a case by case basis.
All return/refund requests will be handled with utmost care and we strive to give an unprecedented customer experience.
