Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support (help@vikingvalor.com) and we will do our best to help you out! Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. You are entitled for a refund if the item is:

  • Broken
  • Defective
  • Doesn't match the description
  • Missing

To start a return, you can contact us at help@vikingvalor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
